Infrared saunas use infrared panels instead of conventional heat to penetrate human tissue, heating up your body directly.
Traditional saunas raise the air temperature in the enclosed room from an electric heater, which heats your body up indirectly.
Both methods have very similar benefits on the human body. The main difference is that the infrared saunas operate at a lower temperature then the higher temperature traditional dry saunas.

The Infrared saunas are set between 145-160 degrees Fahrenheit and the traditional dry saunas are set between 180-195 degrees Fahrenheit.

The two Infrared saunas are both 2-person capacity in the main studio and the two traditional dry saunas are a 6-person group sauna with one in the men’s and one in the women’s locker room.
The Infrared sauna’s may be made a private reservation if the request is made prior to appointment.
