At Nordic Recovery we believe that it is not just ability which determines success, it is energy too. That is why we created a recovery studio that aims to support your active body and mind. Whether you are an elite athlete, active parent or curious character. When we are able to overcome challenges or hardships, we become a different person. By accelerating your healing and increasing your energy, you are able to transform the way you feel.

The owners of Nordic Recovery are committed to maintaining a facility that is clean, welcoming and open to people from all walks of life. Although there may be times when you are able to access a therapy privately, Nordic Recovery is a group experience. You may have to share time at a wellness station with someone you may or may not know. Please be respectful to each other’s personal space and be open-minded to meeting new people enjoying the same wellness routine you may have. Intentionally we can form a greater community around the use of these therapies.

All the wellness therapies offered at Nordic Recovery are self-service unless you book a coach to be with you. When self-guided, please make sure to follow the etiquette and safety rules at each station. Have fun and enjoy your time at Nordic Recovery!
